Welcome to the Delray Beach Hair Salon website. (a) All services and pricing are listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
(b) Services may vary by stylist and personalized consultation. The final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Gratuities are not included in the service prices listed on our website.
5. Personal Property
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought into the salon. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
6. Health and Safety
(a) If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform your stylist prior to receiving service.
(b) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing unwell to protect the health and safety of our staff and other clients.
7. Children in the Salon
Children are welcome when receiving service, however for their safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that you avoid bringing children under 12 unless they have an appointment.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Delray Beach Hair Salon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
